The rest of us who successfully mine never say anything because there's nothing to report back. then they come back months later trying to withdraw wondering why they can't. this group often deletes their 2FA and forgets to get their backup codes. The second group of people is the scammers/people who should not handle passwords. But at the time there was a one time grace transaction everyone was supposed to follow to get there currency converted to something else like ALGO. The people who complain are the people who forget to turn off mine other coins and end up with ETC, BTG or unfortanutly people who mind RVN had there stuff stuck. If you follow the instructions everything works fine.
