The contractor said if the tree roots become a problem it wont be for decades down the road, well that matters to me. We are maxed out on trees on all sides and corner os our proerty. I love this tree, we do not want to pull it out as we have nowhere else on our property to put it. We planted one of our October Glorys on the one right corner of our property and that is where the leech field pretty much ends, about 5 feet passed our tree, but the pipes do pass our tree those 5 feet just 9 feet deep underground. Is there separate piping from the leech field? Because what we have our septic tank and a 70 foot long PVC pipe leech field attached to it and those pipes go slanted all the way down sort of diagonal (to the right) across our property. Problems with the root system can manifest in the form of cracking sidewalks or driveways near the tree that is established.Brandon, hi I am a little confused. The very shallow root systems are responsible for further problems with maple trees. These injuries then put the tree, as well as wood rot problems, at greater risk for fungal diseases. The characteristics of maple tree types of softwood make them more likely to be harmed by extreme weather or other variables.Disadvantages of the maple tree, such as illness, are often strongly tied to the ease at which the trees are damaged.Trees planted in conditions that are less than ideal may be more likely to succumb to the disease.Every time ensure that your garden fits within the acceptable USDA growing zone prior to planting.Within certain growing regions, only certain types of maple trees flourish.Their bark is both delicate and appealing. There are many maple species with delicate, lacy leaves, while others delight in the showy red flowers that appear at the end of winter. They are very famous for the elegance of their color schemes. Some are as narrow as a column others spread broadly or remain small.
